When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders from Vietnam.
Orders are carefully packed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 24 hours of being placed. Tracking numbers are typically activated and emailed to you 3–4 days after shipment.
For some destinations, we use local postal partners. In these cases, tracking information may not become available until the parcel arrives in the destination country.
Delivery typically takes 12-15 business days within Asia, the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe.
For some other countries, delivery may take 3–12 weeks (typically around 4 weeks). If your destination falls into this category, we will notify you by email after your order is placed.
Please note that delays within international postal systems are relatively common and are unfortunately beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask that you wait at least 30 business days from the shipping date before contacting us about a potentially lost package.

The price shown on our website is the final price. You should not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

-European Union and United Kingdom Import Fee
For orders shipped to the European Union, the new €3 import fee is charged per product category (HS code) rather than per individual item.
For example, an order containing multiple coloring books will generally count as one product category, while an order containing coloring books, paintbrushes, and paper may count as three separate product categories.
This fee is the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically included in the shipping cost at checkout, so no additional payment will be required after the order is placed.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently testing a flat shipping fee program:
• Orders under $50: $9.9 shipping fee
• Orders over $69: Free shipping

Your order confirmation is sent immediately after your purchase. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first, as email providers (especially Gmail) may occasionally filter our emails.
If you still can't find the confirmation, please contact us. In some cases, customers accidentally leave the email field blank or enter an incorrect email address during checkout. We're happy to update your email address and resend both your order confirmation and future shipping updates.
