Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Vietnam. Delivery typically takes 12–15 business days to most destinations in Asia, the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

For some countries or remote areas, delivery may take 3–12 weeks. If your destination falls into this category, we will notify you by email after your order is placed.

Please note that shipping delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to report a package as lost until 30 business days have passed since shipment.

Order Processing

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods such as holidays, product launches, or special promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Every order is carefully packed to help protect your coloring books, sketchbooks, art supplies, and other products during transit. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam .

Please note that some shipping carriers do not provide tracking for certain destinations. If this applies to your order, we will let you know by email.

Customs & Import Taxes

United States, Australia, NewZealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, China,Taiwan, UAE & Qatar

The price shown on our website is the final price. You should not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay any extra charges, please contact us before making any payment. We'll be happy to look into it and assist you.

-European Union and United Kingdom Import Fee

For orders shipped to the European Union, the new €3 import fee is charged per product category (HS code) rather than per individual item.

For example, an order containing multiple coloring books will generally count as one product category, while an order containing coloring books, paintbrushes, and paper may count as three separate product categories. This fee is the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically included in the shipping cost at checkout, so no additional payment will be required after the order is placed.

-Other Countries 

For other destinations, import duties or customs fees may be payable by either biro or the customer, depending on local regulations.

When customers are responsible for these charges, they are generally modest, as we use shipping and customs declaration methods designed to help minimize unnecessary costs whenever possible.
